Hrvoje Čale (born March 4, 1985 in Zagreb ) is a Croatian football player .
Career
society
He was accepted into the youth department of Dinamo Zagreb at the age of nine . Čale made his debut for Dinamo Zagreb in 2003 and appeared in five games in his first season. In the 2004/05 season Zagreb loaned him to Inter Zaprešić , where he was a substitute player. After the season, Čale became a regular at Dinamo and played as a left full-back until the end of 2007/08.
During the summer break of 2011, VfL Wolfsburg signed Čale. He signed a three-year contract until June 30, 2014 and was number 26 on his shirt. In his first season he only made one use and was ultimately not in the squad for the 2012/13 season . At the end of January 2013, the contract was terminated prematurely by mutual agreement. On May 1, 2013 he signed a contract with Waasland-Beveren in the Belgian Jupiler Pro League . In 2015 he moved to Slovenia to NK Olimpija Ljubljana and after a year and a half back to his home country to Inter Zaprešić .
National team
In the Croatian national football team he made his debut on February 11, 2009 in the game against Romania .
