Huangpi
The Huangpi District ( Chinese 黃陂 區 / 黄陂 区 , Pinyin Huángpí Qū ) is a district of the sub-provincial city of Wuhan , the capital of Hubei Province in the People's Republic of China . It has an area of 2,261 km² and has a population of 1,117,177 (end of 2004). It is located on the north bank of the Yangtze .

At the community level, the city district consists of eight street districts , six large municipalities and two municipalities .
