Hudson stocking factory

The Hudson stocking factory , Stuttgart-Vaihingen, was one of the largest stocking manufacturers in Germany at the end of the 20th century. In September 1973 it took over competitor ARWA .

In 1978 Hudson got into financial difficulties and was taken over by the competitor Kunert AG. At that time, Hudson had four domestic plants - including in Hof , Horb am Neckar and Vilsbiburg - and one production facility each in Greece and Italy .

The factory in Hof since 1959 was closed in 1994.
