Hugo II of Châtillon (French: Hugues II de Châtillon ; * April 9, 1258 ; † 1307 ) was a Count of Blois and Dunois and Lord of Guise from the House of Châtillon . He was a son of Count Guido II of Saint-Pol († 1289) and Mathilde of Brabant .

Although he was the eldest son of his father, he did not follow him in the county of Saint-Pol , as he was already the heir of his cousin Johanna , who was widowed in 1284, to the counties of Blois and Dunois. Furthermore, he should receive from her the dominions Avesnes , Trélon and Guise . Johanna died in 1292 and Hugo was able to inherit her. He was a pillar of the kingdom and fought in 1302 in the battle of the Spurs against the Flemings.

Hugo had been married to Beatrix of Flanders, a daughter of Count Guido I of Flanders from the Dampierre family , since 1287 . Her heir son was Guido von Châtillon († 1342).
