Huilai
The circle Huilai ( Chinese 惠来县 , pinyin Huilai Xiàn ) is a county in the southern Chinese province of Guangdong . He belongs to the administrative area of the prefecture-level city Jieyang . Huilai has an area of 1,207 km² and a population of 1.09 million (2003). Its main town is the Huicheng community (惠 城镇).
