The building was built at the end of the 19th century. It was entered under No. H 004 on December 4, 1984 in the monuments list of the city of Mönchengladbach .
architecture
The two-storey apartment building has a mansard attic that has been expanded for residential purposes . There are three windows facing Regentenstrasse, and the facade facing Humboldtstrasse has a three-storey-step facade structure. The corner design was given special importance by the beveling of the corner and the cantilevered bay window on the first floor as well as a special decorative bay window on the top floor.
