The Huns Nunatak is a 950 m high nunatak in the center of the West Antarctic Alexander I Island . It rises in the middle of a glacier between the LeMay Range and Planet Heights .
The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee named it in 1994 after the sled dog team The Huns and other dog squadrons that were used between 1961 and 1974 for the Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey and the British Antarctic Survey, respectively.
