Hyacinthe Eléonore Klosé (born October 11, 1808 in Corfu , † August 29, 1880 in Paris ) was a French clarinetist and professor at the "Conservatoire de Paris".

Hyacinthe Klosé developed the Böhm clarinet system . In 1839 he developed a model with a completely new arrangement of the holes and flaps. He took calculations by Theobald Böhm as a basis . Klosé's instrument maker Auguste Buffet built this new clarinet. Klosé and Buffet called the new handle system the Böhm system. The boehm clarinet was accepted by the Paris Conservatory and it became the standard clarinet in France.

Klosé had also composed a few works. One of them is “Duo sur des Motifs de La Sonnambula de Bellini”, a duo based on motifs from “ La Sonnambula ” by Bellini.

He created a comprehensive teaching work, the "Méthode Complète de Clarinette" in five parts.
