Choe Hyeong-min (born April 15, 1990 ) is a South Korean track and road cyclist .

Athletic career

Choe won the gold medal in the individual time trial in the junior class at the Asian Championships in Nara in 2008 and bronze in the road race. In 2010 he won gold in the individual time trial at the Asian Games and was Asian champion in scratch . In 2014 and 2015 he was third in the Asian Championships in the individual time trial, and in 2017 Asian runner-up. By 2019 he was four times national champion in the individual time trial.
