Hystaspes (son of Darius I)
Hystaspes ( old Persian Wištāspa ) was a member of the Persian Achaemenid dynasty in the 5th century BC. He was a son of the great king Dareios I and Atossa .
Hystaspes served as satrap in Bactria under his brother Xerxes I and led during the invasion of Greece in 480 BC. The Baktrer and Sogder ranks. He was probably the father of the Pissouthnes .
