Hywel Williams (athlete)
Hywel Williams (born November 15, 1929 ) is a retired British discus thrower , shot putter and decathlete .
At the British Empire and Commonwealth Games he was starting for Wales in 1954 in Vancouver fifth in the discus throw and eleventh in the shot put, in 1958 in Cardiff seventh in the discus throw and twelfth in the shot put.
In 1957 he was English champion in the decathlon.
