ICC World Cricket League Division Three 2007
The 2007 ICC World Cricket League Division Three was the first edition of this one-day cricket competition and took place between May 27 and June 2, 2007 in Australia . The competition was part of the 2007-09 ICC World Cricket League and the 2007 international cricket season . In the final, Uganda prevailed against Argentina with 91 runs. Both teams qualified for the 2007 ICC World Cricket League Division Two .

format
In two groups of four teams each, each team played against each other once. The winner of a game received two points, and a tie or no result received one point. The top two from each group qualified for the semi-finals. The two finalists qualified for the 2007 ICC World Cricket League Division Two . The third and fourth placed remain in Division Three and participated in the 2009 ICC World Cricket League Division Three . The remaining four teams in places 5 to 8 were relegated to Division Four and participated in the ICC World Cricket League Division Four 2008 .
