Inhibition Growth Concentration
The Inhibition Growth Concentration ( IGC ) is a measure to describe the toxicity of a substance.
The Inhibition Growth Concentration 50 (IGC 50 , "growth inhibition concentration 50 ") determines the concentration of the toxic substance at which the examined cell growth is reduced by half (50%).
