The second generation iPad Pro is a tablet computer from Apple's iPad Pro model line . It was presented to the public on June 5, 2017 and is the first tablet computer from Apple to have a display diagonal of 26.67 cm. The Apple iOS mobile operating system runs on the iPad Pro . The iPad Pro has been available since June 5, 2017. The main hardware innovations with which the Pro is underlined in the name are the Apple Pencil, the Smart Connector for the Smart Keyboard and the True Tone display with up to 120 Hz. The new iPad Pro with 10.5 " Screen diagonal replaces the 9.7 "model.
description
There are three color variants of the device, silver , gold and space gray . Only the smaller version is also available in rose gold . The front is made entirely of glass, the edges around the central 26.67 cm screen are black on the gray model, otherwise white. The housing has two speakers on the top and bottom, a smart connector interface for accessories and a central home button with a fingerprint sensor ( Touch ID ). There is also a front camera with 7 and a rear camera with 12 megapixels resolution. The screen has a resolution of 2224 × 1668 pixels (3.7 megapixels). A 2.38 serves as the main processor GHz clocked ARMv8-A-six-core CPU, in a SoC type Apple A10X works. 4 GB of RAM and a choice of 64, 256 or 512 GB of permanent storage are available. The iPad Pro has 2.4 and 5.0 GHz a / b / g / n / ac WiFi and Bluetooth 4.2 and can also be supplied with a cellular modem that supports all common cellular standards.
