IRAS 19475 + 3119 is a pre- planetary nebula in the constellation Swan , about 15,000 light years away. Observation at 0.43 and 0.6 μm with the Hubble Space Telescope shows a quadrupolar structure.
The central star originally had 2.5 solar masses , after the formation of the nebula, 0.63 solar masses remain. With 8,300 times the luminosity of the sun, its distance is estimated to be 4.9 kpc and the diameter to be 58 times that of the sun.
