The International Union of Food Workers (in detail: "International Union of Food, Agriculture, Hotel, Restaurant, Catering, Tobacco and Allied Workers' Associations ( IUF )", with the international name International Union of Food, Agricultural, Hotel, Restaurant , Catering, Tobacco and Allied Workers' Associations (IUF) ) is one of the global trade union federations . It was particularly shaped by Dan Gallin , the chairman from 1968 to 1997.

The IUF-affiliated European Federation of Trade Unions is the European Federation of Agriculture, Food and Tourism Unions .

Member unions of the IUF in Germany are: the food, enjoyment and restaurants union (NGG) and the industrial union for construction, agriculture and environment (IG-BAU)
