action

Corbin and Lucy are best friends and big vampire fans. They particularly like the vampire novel series A Confessions of a High School Vampire . However, the two do not keep their passion to themselves, but have their own video blog about the vampire novel series. There they exchange ideas with other vampire fans. One day the two of them receive several chapters for the new, unpublished novel. They are enthusiastic and make them available to the blog viewers right away. The author of the book will notice this. At a press conference, she explains that she no longer wants to publish the novel. Corbin and Lucy are horrified. Together with Corbin's neighbor Wyatt, the two set off to find the author. They hope that they can convince them to publish the novel after all. On their journey there, they discover that the stories from the novel cannot be entirely made up. While Luci and Wyatt get closer to each other, Corbin makes the acquaintance of the vampire Nick and falls in love with him. He soon explains to Corbin that he absolutely wants to prevent the book from being published, because the author is his mother. Much of their stories consist of his own experiences as a vampire and he doesn't want them to be known.
