Ian Gordon (athlete)
Ian Gordon ( Ian Sydney Gordon; born April 2, 1950 in Vancouver ) is a former Canadian sprinter who specialized in the 400-meter run .
In 1970 he reached the quarter-finals at the British Commonwealth Games in Edinburgh over 400 m and was fourth in the 4-by-400-meter relay .
At the 1972 Olympic Games in Munich, he retired from the Canadian 4 x 400 meter relay in the preliminary run.
He set his personal best of 47.1 s in 1972.
