Ian Knight

Ian Knight (born 1956 ) is a British historian .

biography

He studied Afro-Caribbean history at the University of Kent in the United Kingdom, then specialized in the military history of southern Africa and in particular the history of the Zulu nation and the Zulu war of 1879. He has published numerous books on the subject (approx . 30) and was involved in directing the first archaeological excavations on the battlefield of Isandhlwana in 2000 . He worked as a consultant for British and American television stations on the implementation of documentaries about the war between England and the Zulu , and on this occasion he shares his expertise in the sale of items of the period or for commemorative occasions.
