Ibrahim Oweiss
Ibrahim Oweiss (born September 25, 1931 ) is an Egyptian-American economist who coined the term petrodollar .
Oweiss taught from 1967 to 2001 as a professor of economics at Georgetown University in Washington, DC In 1977 he was Secretary of State in the Egyptian government under Anwar as-Sadat .
