Ice Tower Ridge ( English for Eisturmgrat ) is a ridge on the Antarctic Ross Island . It falls at a height of about 3540 m on the southwest slope of the volcanic crater of Mount Erebus .
It was named in 2000 by the Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names . It is named after the ice fumaroles that characterize it .
