The Ichihara Seaside Stadium ( Japanese市原緑地運動公園臨海競技場, Ichihara Ryokuchi undo Kōen Rinkai Kyōgijō shortly市原臨海競技場) is a football stadium with athletics track in the Japanese city of Ichihara , Chiba Prefecture . It was completed in 1987.
The sports facility offers a total of 15,338 spectators on a main stand and several smaller stands around the field; 500 places are covered.
From 1993 to 2005, the Japanese football club JEF United played its home games in the J. League here, but then moved to the newly built Fukuda Denshi Arena . Since then, the Seaside Stadium has only served the club as an alternative place.
