Igor Đurić (born February 22, 1985 in Novi Sad ; international spelling also Igor Djurić ) is a Serbian football player .

Career

society

Đurić started his career in the youth team of FK Vojvodina Novi Sad . His greatest national success with Vojvodina was reaching the 2007 cup final.

Internationally, Đurić has already played twice in the UEFA Cup with Vojvodina . In the 2007/08 season he came with Vojvodina to the second qualifying round, in which they were eliminated by Atlético Madrid . In the 2008/09 season they lost to Hapoel Tel Aviv in the same round . In the first qualifying round, Đurić got the two goals in a 2-1 win over FK Olimpik Baku .

In the summer of 2009 he moved to the Dutch first division club SC Heerenveen . After playing here for two seasons, he moved to al-Sharjah in the summer of 2011 .

For the 2012 season he returned to Serbia and started playing again for his old club Vojvodina. After spending the 2014/15 season on loan at FK Rad , he went abroad again in the summer of 2015 when he switched to the Turkish second division club Karşıyaka SK . In January 2016 he left this club.

National team

Đurić made his debut in November 2008 in a 6-1 win against Bulgaria in the Serbian national team .
