Status: end of career

Igor Žiković (also Igor Živković ; born December 28, 1976 in Pula , Yugoslavia ) is a former Croatian football player. He played as a striker.

Career

In his youth Žiković played for Pula in 1856 and NK Olimpija Ljubljana .

He started his professional career at Istra Pula . In 2000 he moved to the German regional division tennis Borussia Berlin , which, however, was relegated to the fourth division at the end of the following season, whereupon Žiković moved back to Istra Pula.

In January 2004 he returned to Germany and signed with the second division club SV Wacker Burghausen . In this he came to 14 league appearances in the following year and a half, but recently played no role.

From 2005 to January 2007 Žiković played for Jadran Poreč . He then moved back to Germany and has since played for the second division club Eintracht Braunschweig , who signed him as part of the “Eleven victories for the second division” campaign. With this campaign, the club wanted to prevent the threatened relegation to the regional league, but will still be relegated at the end of the season. Igor Žiković left the club six months later, as his contract was only valid for the 1st and 2nd Bundesliga. He joined the Croatian club NK Istra in 1961 for the 2007/08 season . A year later he returned to Jadran Poreč. From 2009 to 2015 he played for the amateur club NK Funtana before retiring.
