Iliad Kotsios

Ilias Kotsios ( Greek Ηλίας Κώτσιος , born April 25, 1977 in Larisa ) is a Greek football player .

Ilias Kotsios began his career in his native Larisa with the amateur club Iraklis Larisa. In 1997 he moved to OFI Crete in Heraklion . At OFI, Kotsios made the leap into the regular formation after a relatively short time and came to a total of 116 appearances and ten goals for his team. He made his debut in the Greek premier league when he met Skoda Xanthi on August 31, 1997 (1: 2). In January 2004, Kotsios moved to Panathinaikos Athens , where he was able to win the Greek Championship and the Greek Cup in the same year . In June 2007 he moved to AE Larisa , where he signed a three-year contract.

Ilias Kotsios is a central defender , but he can also be used in the position of left defender as well as in defensive midfield.
