Ilimotama Jese (born March 16, 1990 ) is a Fijian football player who is mostly used in central defense. He is under contract with Nadi FC in the Fiji Islands and has been a regular member of the Fijian national soccer team since 2015 .

Career

Under national coach Juan Carlos Buzzetti , he made his debut in the Fijian national soccer team on August 19, 2015 . In the 5-0 win in the friendly against Tonga he was substituted on in the 83rd minute against Ilisoni Logaivau . He played his first competitive game for the Republic of Fiji on May 28, 2016 in the World Cup qualifier against New Zealand . Under the new national coach Frank Farina , he completed the entire 90 minutes in the 3-1 defeat.
