Ilsa Wübbenhorst

Ilsa Wübbenhorst (born February 15, 1885 in Vorbruch-Osterholz as Margareta Ilsa Wenke , † March 17, 1966 in Aurich ) was a German politician ( SPD ). From March to April 1932 she was a member of the Oldenburg State Parliament .

Life

Wübbenhorst was born as the daughter of a ship carpenter. She joined the SPD in 1908 and moved to Nordenham in 1910 , where she was a member of the city council from 1921 to 1933. She was one of the first women to be elected as members of the Oldenburg state parliament during the Weimar Republic. On March 30, 1932, she moved up for the politician Julius Meyer .

After 1945 Wübbenhorst was again a member of the Nordenham City Council.
