Imeusimos

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Imeusimos ( Greek  Ἰμεύσιμος ) is a person from Greek mythology .

Imeusimos is in the library of Apollodorus a son of Ikarios and Periboia , the brother of Penelope and Thoas , Aletes , Damasippos and Perilaos .

Since the name Amasichos for one of the brothers of Penelope is found in a Scholion for Homer's Odyssey , it was assumed that the name forms Imeusimos and Amasichos are prescriptions of the name Amasiklos , which can be found elsewhere in the Scholion.
