In Other Climes is a metalcore band from France founded in 2004 .

history

In Other Climes recorded their first self-produced demo in 2004 . With this they toured the bars of Nice and were finally able to convince Customcore Records. In 2006, Sword of Vengeance was their first EP . Two years later, the band decided to expand their EP Sword of Vengeance with songs and reissue it as an album. Consequently, the album, released in 2008, was then called Sword of Vengeance: Chapter II . In October of the same year their second album The Final Threat was released . This was followed by a four-year studio break, during which they were increasingly on tour. With Empty Bottles & Wasted Nights , the third studio album followed in 2012, this time on Spook Records. The band's new singer, Michael, can also be heard here for the first time. This replaces JC, who had previously left the band. In addition to their own albums, In Other Climes also released two split albums, Secret Words 2008 together with Basquiat and Confronto, In Other Climes 2012 with Confronto . In addition to a large number of its own concerts across Europe, In Other Climes was already on the road as support with Down , Dillinger Escape Plan , Hatebreed and Entombed in the USA, Ukraine and Brazil. In 2015 the album Leftøver was released by Bastardized Recordings.
