Incelerius
Incelerius († after May 29, 1299 ) was an auxiliary bishop who worked in several dioceses, including Würzburg , Bamberg and Naumburg .
Incelerius was an Augustinian hermit . He can be verified as auxiliary bishop in the following dioceses:
- Constance: 1275
- In 1276 he consecrated the Berau monastery
- Würzburg : 1277 to 1299
- Mainz : 1279, 1296
- Bamberg : 1280 to 1297
- Naumburg : 1286 to 1294
- Merseburg 1289, 1291
- Cammin : 1292 ( indulgence letter for the nunnery in Bernstein )
- Halberstadt 1293
Budua was assigned to him as a titular bishopric . His grave was in the Franciscan monastery in Bamberg , the tombstone attributed to him, which does not have any inscriptions, was given to the Bavarian National Museum in 1859 .
