The Independent Patriots for Change ( IPC ; in German about Independent Patriots for Change ) is a political party in Namibia . It was founded in August 2020 by Panduleni Itula .

Itula won as an independent presidential candidate in the election in November 2019 the best result by unsuccessful candidates in elections ever in Namibia.

At the inaugural meeting on August 2, 2020 in Windhoek, Itula was elected party president, Brian Black as chairman and Christine! Aochamus as general secretary.

The party has announced participation in the 2020 local and regional council elections .
