Ines Zenke (* 1971 ) is a German lawyer specializing in energy law and Vice-President of the Economic Forum of the SPD.

Life

Ines Zenke studied law in Berlin from 1990 to 1995 and received her doctorate in energy law in 1998 on the constitutional and European law permissibility of state-set market entry barriers . She has been with the commercial law firm Becker Büttner Held since 1995 and became a partner in the law firm in 2002. She has been a lawyer since 1999 and a specialist lawyer for administrative law since 2011. Her advisory focus is on environmental and infrastructure law , antitrust law , and compliance . Ines Zenke is also active in policy advice in many ways . She is married and lives in Berlin with her husband and three children.

Ines Zenke is honorary professor at the University for Sustainable Development Eberswalde in the field of infrastructure law and management. She is a regular expert in the Bundestag , e.g. B. on the Energy Industry Act 2003 initiative , the Financial Market Directive Implementation Act 2007, the Greenhouse Gas Emissions Trading Act 2011 and the Capital Investment Code 2013.
