InfoPrint Solutions Company

The InfoPrint Solutions Company is a global provider of digital printing - and output solutions, hardware, software and services. The subsidiary InfoPrint Solutions Germany is located in Germany .

The company was founded on June 1, 2007 through a joint venture between Ricoh and IBM ; the joint venture received the assets of the Printing Systems Division from IBM. Ricoh initially took over 51% of the joint venture and will gradually take over the company until the end of May 2010.

InfoPrint Solutions Company has 2,500 employees worldwide. The headquarters are in Boulder, Colorado , where the headquarters of the former Printing Systems Division of IBM was also located. Daisuke Segawa is President and CEO of InfoPrint Solutions Company.

Products

InfoPrint Solutions Company supplies printers, software, accessories and services in the production printer, workplace printer and industrial printer environment. The current products include monochrome and color printers for the office environment, serial and line matrix printers and RFID-capable thermal printers for industrial environments and very fast monochrome and color printers for the production area. InfoPrint Solutions Company also offers print management software products, as well as services and consulting.
