Business goals

For a limited target market, services and products for the accelerated implementation and constant optimization of the data exchange process are developed, offered and introduced as well as supported in routine operation. The focus is on supporting the data exchange process between the statutory health insurance companies and employers and service providers .

The spectrum of the range of services is made available through cooperation with external partners, without constant provision of own capacities, and adapted as required. The ITSG thus follows the idea of the virtual company . Depending on the needs, the core team is expanded to include employees from health insurance companies or external companies. Without a long-term commitment, the personnel deployment can be reduced to the required contingent after the implementation of a task.

The majority of the activities have project character. The tasks are limited in time or in relation to the scope of services. The sometimes different requirements of all health insurance companies must be coordinated and implemented jointly without intervening in the competition between health insurance companies.

The implementation of the joint tasks by a central point reduces the overall costs, as redundant activities are eliminated. In addition, the response and processing times are improved and the uniform external image promoted.
