action

The swimming team at a Japanese girls' school is extremely irritable shortly before an upcoming competition. The overzealous coach exacerbates the situation by mistreating an athlete; an active then leaves the team. A little later this is replaced by the introverted Aki, a lonely student with a dark past. The notoriously shy newcomer subsequently develops trust in Sayaka, who is about the same age. The two eventually become friends.

A mysterious virus spreads at different times. As a precautionary measure, the teaching staff asks all girls to have a mass vaccination. Aki and Sayaka stay away from the appointment without permission. Meanwhile, a mad scientist infects the student body with a killer virus; the educators, however, receive a higher concentrated dose of the pathogen. The vaccinated patients mutate into bloodthirsty beasts. Only the members of the girls' swimming team escape infection, as contact with chlorine makes them immune . The remaining members of the swim team then organize the fight against the omnipresent monsters - with fatal consequences. The young women are struck down one after the other. Sayaka survives and falls into the hands of the evil scientist.

Meanwhile, Aki, who was once kidnapped by the seedy researcher and his twin brother and trained to be an assassin, goes in search of her former teacher (she is not aware of the twin brother's existence at the time). After a short fight, the gifted fighter succeeds in killing the wanted man. Then she frees the tied Sayaka, who then suddenly turns against her; Sayaka paralyzes Aki with a drug that she gives her with a kiss. The second scientist enters the scene and kills Sayaka before falling victim to the avenging Aki at the end of the film. In the last scene, the main actress succumbs to the undesirable side effects of the medication that was previously administered to her.
