Ingo Ahrens (born March 10, 1971 in Ellerbek ) is a German handball player .

The 1.84-meter-tall right winger played in his hometown for regional division TSV Ellerbek before moving to the handball league for THW Kiel in 1992 . With the Kielers he won the German championship in 1994 , then he left the club. Ahrens has played with TSV Ellerbek again since 1996, with interruptions from 2003 to 2005 ( Bramstedter TS ) and 2006 to 2007 (SG Bramstedt / Henstedt-Ulzburg).
