Ingo Feistle (born December 14, 1981 in Landsberg am Lech ) is a former German soccer player who played for 1. FC Heidenheim for nine years .

Career

In his youth Feistle played for SSV Dillingen, FC Gundelfingen and FC Augsburg . After his youth he stayed with FCA and came in the 2002/03 season in the regional league team on two missions. After he was no longer used in the first team the following year and was then too old for the U23, he left the club.

After a short interlude at the lower class SSV Glött Feistle joined 1. FC Heidenheim in January 2005 . The defender was immediately able to secure a regular place at the top division and then made at least 30 appearances per season every year. In 2008 he qualified with the club after the league reform for the new fourth-class Regionalliga Süd and a year later rose as a champion in the third division . He made his professional debut at the start of the season on July 25, 2009, when he was on the starting line-up in the 2-2 draw against Wuppertaler SV Borussia on the first day of the 2009/10 season. He was the only player to complete all 38 games of the season without missing a single minute. He did the same two years later in the 2011/12 season, where he also played all games over the full season as a left defender. This year the Heidenheimers had the second best defense in the league with only 36 goals conceded and achieved the best result in the club's history in professional football with fourth place.

Feistle was under contract in Heidenheim until 2014 before ending his career.
