Ingo Mittenzwei

Ingo Mittenzwei (born January 22, 1938 in Berlin ) is a German legal scholar .

Life

He studied law at the Free University of Berlin and in Frankfurt am Main (1963 first state examination in law / 1968 second state examination in law). After receiving his doctorate in 1970 at the University of Frankfurt am Main and his habilitation in 1987 in Cologne , he taught in Saarbrücken , Bielefeld , Mainz and Giessen . In 1993 he became a professor at the University of Cologne .

His main areas of activity are civil law, civil procedural law and legal philosophy.
