Ingo Ruff

Ingo Ruff (* 1964 or 1965 in East Berlin ) is a German moderator and speaker. He is known as the announcement speaker for Deutsche Bahn .

Life

Ruff grew up in the Berlin district of Biesdorf. After completing his training as a communications technician, he worked as a train radio announcer for the Deutsche Reichsbahn and at times also moderated his own technology program on Bahn TV . Today he is self-employed as an event moderator .

Since the then Deutsche Reichsbahn introduced the automatic passenger information system in 1992, he has been lending his voice to Deutsche Bahn along with Helga Bayertz in almost all of Germany.

It can be heard on numerous regional trains and regional express trains throughout Germany, for example in the S-Bahn trains in Berlin , Dresden , Hamburg , Hanover (since March 2017), Central Germany , Nuremberg , Rhine-Main (since 2014) , Rhine- Neckar , Rhine-Ruhr , Cologne , Rostock and Stuttgart as well as in the Berlin subway (only handling).
