Ingrid Urdahl (born February 2, 1984 ) is a former Norwegian cross-country skier .

Career

Urdahl, who started for Høybråten og Stovner IL, ran her first races in the Continental Cup in Gaasbu in December 2002 . She finished 38th in the pursuit and 22nd place over 5 km classic. At the Junior World Championships in 2004 in Stryn she came in 21st place in the sprint and 13th in the 15 km mass start race. She completed her first World Cup race in Trondheim in February 2004 , which she finished in 46th place in the sprint. In February 2005 she got in Reit im Winklwith the 11th place in the sprint her first World Cup points and thus achieved her best placement in the World Cup. She ran her ninth and last World Cup race in March 2008 in Drammen . She came 20th in the sprint. In addition, she took part in FIS races from 2002 to 2009 and won it.
