The Inner Reef ( English for Inner Reef ) is a rocky reef off the north coast of South Georgia . Near the head end of Possession Bay , it extends from Adventure Point to Brown Point .
The descriptive name of the reef first appeared on a map of the British Admiralty from 1931.
