The Institute for Phonetics and Speech Processing (formerly Institute for Phonetics and Linguistic Communication) is an institute of the Ludwig Maximilians University in Munich . The institute was initially headed by Hans Günther Tillmann , who was replaced by Jonathan Harrington in 2006 .
