InterPici in the Békéscsaba train station

InterPici (IP) was a train type of the Hungarian state railway Magyar Államvasutak . InterPicis were used in national traffic below the InterCity connections and roughly compared with the Regional Express trains in Germany and Austria. InterPici can consist of locomotive- hauled trains or the Bzmot railcars of the ČSD series M 152.0 from Czech production .

With the timetable change in December 2010, the InterPici train type was abolished.

The name of the train type was also a play on words - the Hungarian word pici means tiny in German .
