Interclubs 2015/16

The 2015/16 Interclubs was the Belgian team championship in chess.

The champion was Koninklijke Gentse Schaakkring Ruy Lopez , while the defending champion L'Echiquier Amaytois had to be content with fourth place. The Belgian Chess Club and SC Jean Jaurès were promoted from Division 2 last year . While The Belgian Chess Club achieved relegation, SC Jean Jaurès had to relegate together with Royal Namur Echecs .

Game dates

The competitions were played on September 27, October 11, November 8, 22 and 29, 2015, January 31, February 21, March 6 and 20, and April 17 and 24, 2016.

mode

The twelve participating teams played a simple round-robin tournament . The number of team points (two points for a team win, one point for a draw, no point for a defeat) and then the number of board points (one point for a win, half a point for a draw, no point) decided the placement for defeat).
