International Federation of Women's Lacrosse Associations

The International Federation of Women's Lacrosse Associations (IFWLA) was founded in 1972 to further develop and promote women's lacrosse around the world.

Founding members were Australia , England , Scotland , Wales and the USA . Canada , Japan , the Czech Republic , Germany , New Zealand and South America have now also joined. IFWLA actively supports the Women's World Championships and the U-19 World Lacrosse Championships .
