The next conference is planned for 2018 in Marseille . The Journal of Genocide Research has been published quarterly as the network's official journal since 2005 . The Executive Board of the International Network of Genocide Scholars for the years 2017 to 2019 includes Elisabeth Hope Murray , President (Embry-Riddle University in Daytona Beach) and Mohamed Adhikari , Vice-President (University of Cape Town). The last president of the network was co-founder and historian Jürgen Zimmerer .
