The International Nucleotide Sequence Database Cooperation , engl. International Nucleotide Sequence Database Collaboration (INSDC), aims to process the contents of the European Nucleotide Archive (ENA) from the European Bioinformatics Institute (EBI), the GenBank of the National Center for Biotechnology Information (USA) and the DNA Data Bank of Japan ( DDBJ) from the National Institute of Genetics (Japan) and coordinate their care. All three databases record nucleotide sequence data and provide them with annotation . Your content is synchronized daily. INSDC was founded in 1992.
