Inteva Products is a US automotive supplier headquartered in Troy . The company was founded in 2008 after the Renco Group acquired the vehicle interiors and auto locking systems division of Delphi Corporation . A takeover of parts of the automotive supplier ArvinMeritor in 2011 established the business areas for sunroofs , as well as electric motors and electronics. According to Inteva, it serves over 100 customers worldwide, including all of the major automobile manufacturers. The company has a total of 50 locations, mainly in North America, Europe and Asia. There are two production facilities in Brazil and South Africa.
