Ioannis N. Svoronos
Ioannis Nikolaou Svoronos ( Greek Iωάννης Ν. Σβορώνος) (born April 27, 1863 in Mykonos; † September 7, 1922 in Athens) was a Greek numismatist .
Svoronos studied in Athens, Paris and London. From 1887 he was an employee, from 1890 to 1920 director of the Numismatic Museum in Athens, and from 1918 professor of numismatics at the University of Athens . From 1898 he published the Journal International d'Archéologie Numismatique .
