Iona Lake (born January 15, 1993 in Norwich ) is a British athlete who specializes in obstacle course .
Athletic career
Iona Lake gained first international experience at the U23 European Championships 2015 in Tallinn , where she finished eighth in the 3000 meter obstacle course in 9: 59.83 minutes. In 2018 she took part in the Commonwealth Games in the Australian Gold Coast , where she also finished eighth in 9: 58.92 minutes.
In 2017 Lake became British champion in the 3,000 meter obstacle course. She holds a degree in biology from the University of Birmingham and a master's degree from the University of Virginia .
